Actress Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan recently took delivery of a new car over the weekend. Pictures and videos of Kareena Kapoor holding her youngest son Jeh and unveiling the car have become viral on the Internet. This is the S-Class S350d, which costs around Rs 1.95 crore, on-road, Mumbai.

This is the latest S-Class S350d that comes powered by a 3.0-litre, inline six-cylinder engine that generates a maximum power of 282 Bhp and peak torque of 600 Nm. It gets a 9-speed automatic transmission. Even though it is a luxury sedan and will be mostly driven by a chauffeur, it is extremely quick. As per the official figures, the S-Class S350d can do 0-100 km/h in just 6 seconds.

The S-Class is known for offering a long list of features. It includes safety features like front and side-impact avoidance system, lane-assist system and more. It also comes with crosswind assist, and many advanced features like a blind-spot monitor, eight airbags, pre-safe seatbelts and more.

On the outside, it comes with an all-LED lighting system that includes the headlamps, tail lamps, and all other lightings like the turn indicators. The sedan rides on laser-cut 18-inch alloy wheels and to make it look premium and exquisite, a lot of chrome can be found on the body.

The cabin comes with soft-touch panels and the long wheelbase ensures that there is a good amount of space on the inside. It also comes with rear-seat entertainment screens that can be used to play any video or music on the go and there are two separate screens for the passengers.

Kareena Kapoor already owns an S-Class S350d. However, that is an older model that is no longer available in the market. We are not sure if the new S-Class will replace the older model from the garage or if both will be used together.

Kareena appeared for the launch of the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQS last month. After the unveiling event of the all-new Mercedes-EQS, Kareena Kapoor Khan was interviewed by a few journalists about her choice and opinion on cars. Responding to one such query, the Bollywood actress said that she has used a Mercedes Benz for most of her life span, especially after her stint as an actress. She added that the Mercedes-EQS is an impressive car and she aspires to own it someday. Saying that she wants to new EQS in her garage, Kareena concluded by saying that it will be cool to see her driving one.

Just like the majority of Bollywood stars, Kareena Kapoor Khan always had an elusive car collection. In the recent past, she has owned previous-generation versions of the S-Class and E-Class sedans from Mercedes-Benz. Also, she was recently seen taking a test drive of the latest-gen Mercedes-Benz S-Class, along with her husband and renowned actor Saif Ali Khan, which triggered the rumours of her adding the new S-Class to her car collection.

Apart from the Mercedes-Benz cars mentioned above, Kareena has also owned a Land Rover Range Rover Sport, Audi Q7, Lexus LX 470 and a BMW 7-Series. Even her spouse Saif Ali Khan is known to be an avid car lover and has owned cars like Mercedes-Benz S-Class, Audi R8 Spider, Land Rover Range Rover, Ford Mustang GT500, Audi A3 Cabriolet and BMW 7-Series.
