The Germans have always been masters at building powerful engines, and once you take a look at what's inside the BMW X5 M, you’ll agree with us. The X5 M is certainly a ravishing luxury SUV, but its curvaceous veil hides astounding performance, which is enough to make you want more thrills.

Under its hood, the BMW X5 M comes equipped with a venomous 4.4-liter TwinPower twin-turbo V8 engine that produces 600 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque as standard. The X5 M has a magnificent cabin meticulously built to offer an excellent driving atmosphere yet grand comfort. The cabin offers great functionality, and the quality maintained inside is what we expect from a German luxury SUV.

The cabin’s layout is typical BMW. Most parts are adorned with soft leatherette material, but BMW has elevated its look and feels with stitched accents and aluminum, carbon fiber, or piano black trims. The dashboard layout is minimalistic and it looks premium. The seats come covered with black or white extended Merino leather as standard, but BMW offers Full-Merino leather seats in seven color choices. In addition, the cabin is adorned with an Anthracite Alcantara headliner for more luxury.

The cabin seats five passengers, and both the front and rear seats have plenty of room, even for taller passengers. The X5 M Competition comes standard with 22" M Star-spoke Bi-color alloy wheels, an M Sport quad-exhaust system, an M rear spoiler, Shadowline exterior trim, Merino leather seats, power-adjustable front seats with 3-stage heating, memory, and lumbar support, a 12.3-inch fully customizable digital cluster, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, a sixteen-speaker Harman Kardon premium audio system, heated front armrest, programmable LED DRLs, adaptive brake lights, and the Active Driving Assistant package.

For further customization, BMW offers the Driving Assistance Professional Package and the Executive Package.
